| WHY WAVE? The Instruction : There is no question we have developed the best training model in the area, hands down! Our training is time tested and proven. The Wave will challenge you physically and mentally while building your game IQ beyond imagination. Player development is our priority. Emphasis will be put on building a toolbox for learning and personal development, baseball or softball intelligence, and of course conditioning, injury prevention, hitting, pitching, defense, overall strategy, etc. Participants can expect a high school or college approach in terms of quality of instruction, organization, and repetition. I personally guarantee you the Wave is not your ordinary training program! Our goal is to keep you in the game as long as possible. We have helped many kids get to the next level – high school, college, and professional. Coaches : We do not have parent coaches. Scott Watson leads all instruction, baseball and softball, during the winter training. Scott has coached 14 years of high school and college baseball. He knows how to set the tone! All other coaches hired are qualified and have high school or college experience. Also on staff is Eve Gaw. She focuses on softball and specifically pitching. She played and coached at University of Washington and Florida State. The time invested in your son or daughter will be more than others care to. Facility : We have a beautiful 9,000 square foot training facility. WBI, located in Woodinville, is one of the nicest training facilities in the area. It is fully equipped, readily available, and very clean/organized.
