12U WAVE BASEBALL

 

Wave Baseball is excited to be launching a 12U team
for the 2009 season.

Practices will be held at the new WBI facility in Woodinville, WA.

Practice Schedule:

Friday 4:45 to 7:15 pm -
The focus will be on conditioning, arm care, pitching/throwing mechanics, velocity, bunting/offense, base running, mental strategies, speed and agility, defense, etc.

Sunday 4:30 - 7:15 pm -
The focus will be offense, pitching, defense, and conditioning - basically a full team practice
