17U WAVE BASEBALL

 

Wave Baseball is excited to be launching a 17U team for the 2009 season. Our roster is now posted!

Practices will be held at the new WBI facility in Woodinville, WA.

Practice Schedule:

Friday 6:45 to 9:15 pm -
The focus will be on conditioning, arm care, pitching/throwing mechanics, velocity, bunting/offense, base running, mental strategies, speed and agility, defense, etc.

Sunday 8:15 to 11:30 am -
The focus will be offense, pitching, defense, and conditioning - basically a full team practice.
