Wave Baseball & Softball  is the benchmark for player development in the Northwest. Wave Baseball & Softball Organization is a not-for-profit educational training corporation under IRS code 501(c)(3).  Established in 2003, we’ve built a very solid foundation that consists of a specific curriculum and training model, one that is fueled by up to date research and a continuous, relentless drive for excellent. The cornerstone of our model consists of three components - Reverse Training/T.R.I.P./Baseball Intelligence.
