We have developed a very specific curriculum and training model. It begins with Reverse Training. We basically take a large complex skill like hitting or pitching and break it down into smaller parts, then teach it backwards. This strategy is extremely effective and gives the athlete an opportunity to succeed and a sense of completion with every repetition, compared to more conventional approaches where the athlete often gets lost through the process.

This Reverse Training blended with T.R.I.P. Baseball Training (technique, repetition, intent, and persistence) will allow for an athlete to explode in his/her development. These four components of "the TRIP" are key ingredients to developing athletes. One must train deliberately, often, and practice the correct technique.
